If your business has a barcode reader, we will help program your software to read the ClubBucks card and automatically register the transaction to be submitted electronically to your website. If your business does not have a barcode reader, you can simply enter the card number, transaction amount, (excluding tax), and the date onto your transaction log. Attach a ClubBucks proof of purchase slip to the customer's receipt. (These forms are available for you to print out from your Merchant Affiliate website). Then, each day enter the transaction into the Transaction Register at your website. At the end of each month, your Transaction Report will show the total discount you have agreed to provide us in exchange for the business you have received. On the fifth of each month the DHS Club will debit the credit card, debit card or bank account you designated for the amount of the discount agreed to, for the previous month's purchases.
